Chloe McAllister was ‘hanging around with a bad crowd’
An aspiring model was caught with bags of cannabis after they were thrown at her as she ran away from a moving vehicle.

Chloe McAllister (18) claimed she was "desperately scared" and she foolishly took the cannabis.
Her mother told a court she had been hanging around with a bad crowd at the time but that she has "barely left the house" since the incident.
Judge Victor Blake convicted and fined McAllister €100.
Her lawyer had asked him to leave her without a conviction as it would impact on her fledgling modelling career, but the judge refused.
The defendant, of Mourne Close, Skerries, admitted before Swords District Court to possession of 12 bags of cannabis with a street value of €300.
Gda Killian Foley said McAllister got out of a moving vehicle which had failed to stop for gardai at St Catherine's Park in Rush last October 2.
Gda Foley said she was taken to Balbriggan Garda Station and searched and was found with the cannabis. She had never been in trouble before.
Defence solicitor Fiona Kelly said McAllister has taken part in a number of photo shoots and is trying to develop a modelling career.
Health
She said the case has had a detrimental effect on McAllister's health.
Ms Kelly said she was in a car which was going quite fast and the cannabis was thrown at her.
She said McAllister ran away because she was "desperately scared". She also said she now realises the stupidity of her actions.
The court heard the cannabis did not belong to McAllister.
