Blind man whose surgery was paid for by Governor Okorocha regains his sight ...photo

According to Michael Omoboriowo, the man pictured above was formerly blind due to cataract and it took Governor Okorocha's intervention to get him back to his sight. He wrote:
"The smiles that floods a grateful Heart as his family rejoice with him looking at the before and after his surgery..."Once blind, but now Sees" thanks to Governor Rochas and Tulsi Chanrai foundation India for restoring sights and given Hope to the Hopeless...A true success story!

"This morning is a great and joyous one for this man who was blind as I show an evidence of the first success story from the free Cataract surgical (Eye) operation flagged off by Governor Rochas who paid him a visit on 20th October, 2016."
