According to multiple media reports, Miss Olivia Uchechi Ihionu lost her life at Adoration Ministry Uke on 15 August 2017. The deceased was the first daughter of her parents. She got engaged last Christmas and is preparing to wed this coming Christmas. 
According to an eyewitness, she went to urinate in a nearby gutter after arriving the prayer ground and suddenly got missing. Due to heavy rainfall that day, she was apparently drowned. It was later discovered that she fell into gutter, her lifeless body was found in the neighbouring village the following day.
