Two Nigerian fraudsters narrate how they use chemicals to produce fake naira notes (video)

 

Two fraudsters were apprehended in Lagos recently by RRS operatives. They had a "presentation" at the RRS command showing how they use chemicals to produce fake Naira notes as well as rob people of their foreign currency at the Apapa Seaport. They even clapped for themselves after their presentation.
