Updates Court orders interim forfeiture of $16m assets linked to Diezani Alison-Madueke



The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the interim forfeiture of assets valued at $16,441,906 linked to the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke. 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission told Justice Abdulaziz Anka that the assets are suspected to be proceeds of corruption. Among the newly forfeited assets are properties located in Abuja. See photos of the properties below
