IG user, @unilagolodo, shared a video online on his IG page, showing how he was harassed by the security men at a popular restaurant in Lagos for filming the food available for sale as he made his order when he went there to eat. According to him, one of the security men asked him to stop filming the food for sale as it is against their policy and when he refused, the security man called in some mobile policemen and the police officers attempted to seize his phone and delete the content.
Abayomi Shogunle, who is the head of the Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit of the Nigerian police force, took to his twitter handle this morning to react to the trending video. According to Abayomi, what the IG user did was wrong. See the video shared by the IG user and Abayomi's reaction below
