19-year-old Andrew David Willson, has been charged with murder and felony firearm possession for reportedly shooting his 51-years-old- mother,Lisa Marie Wilson, in the back of the head after she told him he couldn’t keep a puppy in their home, police said.
Willson called police early Friday morning to say he returned to their Wheatfield Township, Mich. home to find his mother dead in a bedroom, the Ingham County Sheriff’s detective Charles Buckland testified.The detective further disclosed that the teenager talked to his mother about the puppy the night before, but she told him he would have to take the dog to his father’s home instead.
Andrew Willson, who was denied bond at his arraignment Monday and scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 28, however later told detectives that he used a rifle from a locked cabinet and shot his mother in the back of the head while she was sleeping, Buckland reports.
