A homeless man in Brooklyn is making national news headlines for what he did when a driver refused to give him money.

There had been traffic on the road and the homeless man reportedly walked up one of the drivers stuck in traffic and asked him for money but when he refused, he squatted and pooed on the man's car then wiped his bum and also left the tissue on the car.
