A businessman who was having fun in an entertainment complex suffered a freak accident and died when he jumped into a children's ball pit
Sergei Popovich, a 54-year-old deputy of Turukhansk district of Krasnoyarsk jumped into the pit filled with foam rubber but he broke his spine in the process and became paralyzed. For a long moment after he dived into the pit of foam balls, no one knew the businessman was in distress down there as others jumped in all around him. He eventually suffocated underneath the balls. As a result of an unsuccessful fall, he broke his spine and died.
