1. Michael Godson was born as Michael Godson Ifeanyichukwu on 10 October 1985 in Kano State, Nigeria but hails from Imo State.
2. He holds a Bsc in Theatre and Communication arts from the University of Jos.

4. He broke into limelight in 2010 after he starred in the film “7 Books of Moses” which was produced by Nonso Emeka Ekwe and since then has starred in over 100 Nollywood films.
5. He was reportedly said to be in a relationship with Nollywood actress, Ini Edo.
6. He was appointed as the youth ambassador of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Nigeria.
7. Since his Nollywood film debut in 2010, he has been nominated for quite a few meritable awards, some of which he won, such as Best New Actor of the Year at the 2015 Classic Africa Merit Awards (CAMA) held on September 13, 2015.
