Secondary Student Tied to A Pillar By Teacher As Punishment

In a bid to punish a defaulting secondary school student, a senior teacher had to use rope to tie him to a pillar in the school compound.It was reported that the student who was tied by the teacher, was left there for hours after he defaulted.
