Woman uses baby as weapon to hit man after spitting and shouting at him during heated row

A woman used a baby as a weapon to hit a man in the middle of a busy street and the shocking moment was caught on video.

The short video shows crowds of people standing on a street before a woman is seen spitting at a passing man. Another woman standing close by hands her the baby and she swings the child towards the man she just spat at. The man hit her on her head but is held back by observers as he tries to land more blows. He is then led away from the woman by people.

With the child still in her arms, the woman follows the man down the street and continues to shout abuses at him before handing the baby back.

It's not clear where the clip was filmed but it was uploaded online on Saturday, March 3 and has since gone viral.
