Several people then rush to help her.
The incident took place in Alwar, in Rajasthan, India and it is believed to be filmed by a neighbour.
It is thought her father became angry after she was speaking on the phone on the terrace.
The girl who was left unconscious from the fall was taken to hospital and she remains in a critical condition, Daily Mirror UK reports.
The little girl injured her legs and spine during the fall.
Local media reports that her father was detained by police but was released after interrogation.
