After waiting endlessly for days to get her PVC, a Nigerian lady took a drastic measure to facilitate the issuance of her PVC. She faked a pregnancy to draw sympathy from the INEC officials who issued her PVC yesterday.
According to Grace Ehi Isabella, she had been at the PVC registration center in her area for 4 days consecutively but was unattended to.
