A suspected phone thief was caught while trying to escape after caressing a woman he stole from as she slept in her room.
The alleged thief, identified as Edah Julius Lucky, is reported to have snuck into the woman’s house along Yoruba road extension, Sapele, Delta State. The woman was asleep at
the time and he found his way into her room where he stole her phone. He then proceeded to begin caressing the sleeping woman.
According to the lady, she felt someone caressing her legs and woke to see Julius. He fled immediately she screamed but before he could go far he was caught by neighbours.
Julius was beaten until he defecated on himself.
Some people on Facebook who claim to know the said thief are saying he is mentally unstable, this claim is yet to be verified.
