In January, Asisat Oshoala won the African Women’s Footballer of the Year award, after dusting off challenge from Cameroon’s Gabrielle Aboudi Onguene and South Africa’s Chrestina Kgatlana.23 year old Asisat Lamina Oshoala MON is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays for Chinese side Dalian Quanjian F.C. in the Chinese Women’s Super League as a forward.
