A video has surfaced that may prove Bowwow to be the aggressor in the altercation with his girlfriend Leslie Holden. The video shows the rapper and the lady in an elevator where he was all in her face barking at her.While Leslie Holden remained calm, Bowwow proceeded to snatch something from her hand and continued getting in her face.
Hours later, Leslie Holden called the cops with claims that she was assaulted by the rapper. Their mugshots and other photos however show Bowwow to have suffered serious injuries which led many to believe she was the aggressor.
Debunking the claims, she wrote on Instagram:
“It is sick that most of the hate is coming from women who have daughters….when the truth comes all the way out, I want these ‘celebrities’ & females who backing this shenanigans to keep the same energy.”
She had told cops on the phone:
“He was hitting me in place(s) he said no one’s gonna believe.”
Bowwow’s management however denied the rapper was the aggressor after he was arrested:
“Shad Bow Wow Moss was wrongfully arrested earlier this morning for the first time after being beaten by an out of control intoxicated female, Ms. Leslie Holden, in an Atlanta condominium. The only two independent witnesses both corroborated his version of events indicating that Ms. Holden was simply out of control and was without a doubt the primary aggressor. For no logical reason officers arrested both parties despite having clear-cut evidence that Bow Wow was the victim in the case. Ms. Holden beat him with a lamp, bit him on his side, and spit on him while Bow Wow continually made efforts to avoid her. Bow Wow suffered multiple injuries, some of which are visible in his mugshot. Ms. Holden’s mugshot on the other hand speaks for itself, despite her allegation to police that she broke a fingernail.”
