Legendary Fuji artiste, K1 De Ultimate on Monday visited victims of the Lagos building collapse which left no fewer than 20 persons dead, mostly children.
The incident which occurred last Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Ita Faji area of Lagos Island also saw scores of people injured as many lay critically in the hospital.
K1, who co-incidentally is the ‘Asiwaju of Oko Faji’, visited the Lagos Island General Hospital to console the recuperating victims, took time to chat them up, moved from one bed to another, gave cash gifts and wished them soonest recovery.
K1 De Ultimate, it could be recalled grew up in the Ita Faji, Lagos neighbourhood where his music career started. One of his hit albums was titled Fuji Fusion (Oko Faji Carnival), released in 1991. He is also the Oluomo of Lagos and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
