Two Young Men Found Dead After A Renewed Cult Clash In Odogunyan, Ikorodu In Lagos

Atleast two people were shot dead in Ikorodu on Tuesday night as cult clashes returned to the town.

Although the identity of the murdered men couldn’t be immediately be ascertained, one of the dead was killed around the Ota-Ona axis of the town while the other was shot dead round Owolowo/Isikalu street adjacent the palace of the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi.

According to reports, the unfortunate incident which is just getting to Ikorodu town has been a concurrent thing in the outskirts for several weeks now.

There has been a recurrence in the clash of cultists in Odogunyan area of Ikorodu while the violence has also at intervals claimed several lives which never made it to the media.
