A beautiful Cleveland police officer was indicted this week after she was accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy several times in 2015.
Maria Velez, 24, is said to have committed the offense while she worked as teacher's aid at an elementary school.
According to court documents, the beautiful officer was charged with three counts of sexual battery, two counts of attempted tampering with evidence and two counts of intimidation of a crime victim or witness.
Officer Maria was arrested last month after allegations emerged that she engaged in sexual conduct with a student at Clark Elementary School, where she was working as an instructional aide at the time.

In the court document, Detectives in Cleveland's internal affairs unit said they began investigating the claims that she had sex with a 13-year-old student at the school between March and December 2015, two months ago.
The detectives said when Velez learned about the pending probe, she called the boy and tried to convince him to lie.
The beautiful Cleveland police officer who resigned her position in 2015 to take a job with Cleveland police department, has been suspended without pay from her job as a patrol officer in the department's Fifth District following her arrest last month.
According to Cleveland.com, she is scheduled for a Dec. 7 arraignment.
