Buhari's female aide, Lauretta Onochie accused of trafficking girls for prostitution

These "revelations" are from human rights lawyer Emeka Ugwuonye:

I wish I always had good news to report, but our world has as much evil in it that it is impossible to keep to that wish. Today, I am ready to make public some snippets of the outcome of a long standing investigation we have been pursuing on the Dubai Madams, their agents and s*x-trafficking /s*x slavery in Dubai, Greece and Italy with connections to Nigeria.

The report of my investigation was not to be released until the end of January. But events have forced me to act sooner by disclosing the identity of, by far, one of the major master-minds and super agents in the human trafficking rings with Nigeria and abroad.

This woman goes by different names to various people...
To the 15 girls in UAE, Italy and Greece that we have linked to her, she is known as “Aunty Lolly”. To some people that have worked with her in Dubai, she is simply “Lolly”. To those who have worked for her, she is “Madam” or “Aunty”. To the ordinary people who meet her on social network, she is Lauretta Onochie. These various names belong to the woman whose pictures are shown here. She maintains a Facebook page in which she projects herself as a sympathizer of the Nigerian ruling party.

On the surface, judging by our apparent silence in the past three months, one might think that we had given up on our fight against the Dubai Madams and their agents in Nigeria. But far from it. You must know that I have been representing the two girls, whose n*de video clips outraged the world. When you undertake such tasks, you cannot give up easily. I had thus continued deep underground investigation of the Madams while preparing a major legal challenge to their operations. I needed to do that because I owed professional obligation to those girls and I have a task in this group to fight human trafficking.

It has not been easy to fight the war against human trafficking. The first obstacle we have had is that the victims are too ashamed, too scared and two poor to come out to tell their stories. I managed to have inbox exchanges that run into volumes and thousands of pages with these victims. Gradually, they began to trust and to find the confidence to tell their stories. Even at that, they remain vulnerable to law enforcement agencies both in the countries where they are and back here in Nigeria if they were to attempt to come back. They are fugitives, made so by others. They are outcasts, hunted by law enforcement, exploited by the wicked traffickers and their agents, and despised by all else.

The second challenge we have is that those who engage in human trafficking – the Madams and their Agents in Nigeria – are very powerful people. They belong to powerful networks of criminal gangs, politicians, financiers and racketeers. They are savvy. They have incredible ability to intimidate and awe anyone who dares them. Because of their access to powerful people, they have posed a major threat to me personally and to any group that tries to fight them. This has been so abundantly revealed through my investigations both here in Nigeria and foreign countries like the UAE, Italy and Greece.

Ms. Lauretta Onochie is clever as much as she could be cruel and mean-spirited her victims. As part of her cleverness, she has associated herself with the Abuja politicians. She likes photo-up opportunities with the most powerful politicians, including Presidents and Vice Presidents. Even though these politicians may not know about the details of her connections with the international human trafficking rings, this woman uses her pictures with the powerful people as a key instrument of shining her credibility and intimidating the victims of human trafficking and their families. Seeing a picture of her and the President is enough to silence the parents of a victim of human trafficking. That is enough to silence any official likely to ask questions. That is enough to get any curious immigration official who intercepts her girls to let them go unstopped. That is enough to cause you and I to believe that she cannot kill an ant. Yet, she is a vicious trafficker of poor girls into international prostitution.

My attention was first drawn to Lolly in August of last year. But she was just a mirage them. She was simply defined vaguely as the big Madam. Instead of getting to her, my investigation led me to one Ms. Blessing (which is certainly not her real name – just the name they give the girls). Blessing works for Aunty Lolly; that was the information I had. I pursued Ms. Blessing and the information I shared with the authorities led to the arrest of Blessing with 3 girls at the airport in October. (I reported this arrest before, but then I had not known who Lolly was). But my curiosity was triggered further when Blessing and the three girls were released in less than 24 hours. And Blessing vanished into the thin air. I knew there was a bigger fish behind the scenes. I returned to my contacts in Dubai. Again the investigation kept coming to one Lolly.

We came to the conclusion that whoever Lolly was, she must be a big player in the business. This is the business of recruiting young girls, promising them good life in Dubai and elsewhere, swearing their parents to shrines, selling them off for $5000 to $15000, making nude videos of them and using thugs to intimidate their parents back here in Nigeria, and making sure that immigration officials are bribed at the airport to let the girls through despite being underage. Two girls we have been tracking in Italy apparently came through a Lolly by another sub-agent, not Blessing. This suggests that the Lolly is big in the business. We would not have suspected that Lauretta Onochie could be the Lolly for many reasons. Lauretta Onochie based on her Facebook presence looked like a decent lady. Her support for President Buhari seems so honorable and something we would not expect from someone in the business of human trafficking.

But something yielded in three days ago, which resolved the puzzle within 3 days.
As you well know from at least one previous incident, the Dubai Madams had attempted to mount a major reputational or credibility attack on my person. Their goal was simply to wage a scandal campaign against me and to project me as a bad person. This was their way of discouraging their girls from dealing with me and to scatter my social media support base, as well as to get certain officials working with me to develop cold feet. They made various efforts and have spreading various fabricated stories against me. In other words, they have always planned series of information attack against me. I have to recognize that they are brilliant and quite organized in this.

In a last bid in this effort, Lauretta Onochie brilliantly recruited a number of person who have grudges against me, especially some people that were removed from our Facebook group. She recruited a man I removed from the group after so many complaints from married women that he s*xually harassed them. She recruited a man in New York, whom I almost sent to jail for beating his wife and nearing killing her. She recruited Anne Nkwocha, a former DPA admin that I removed for gross misconduct. They have these people and more lined up in the information attacks against me. (I have sms from Anne Nkwocha to confirm their plot). I don’t think that these recruits are involved in human trafficking. They are just people angry with me, and Lauretta identified them.

The attack on me was launched on Sunday morning on the Facebook walls of Lauretta Onoshie. My mind went to the most important project I have at hand, which has been so sensitive I have had to pursue it discretely. That was my work on the Dubai cases. By Tuesday morning, I had to confront the girls. I started with one girl who has been reluctant to tell me much. I assure her of protection if she would talk. She was prepared to talk. But I suggested that she should simply send me the Facebook profile picture of Aunty Lolly. Low and behold: there she was – Lauretta Onochie, as in the Facebook page.

I couldn’t believe my eyes as I looked at the picture of Lauretta Onochie. I had to control my excitement. I needed further verification. I sent her pictures to many of the girls we are in contact with, asking for them to confirm if they knew the person on the pictures. Two girls in Greece, one girl in Italy and four in UAE have responded to my querry. They all said that was Aunty Lolly. Note that the girls in UAE did not know about the girls in Greece or Italy – the girls did not know about the other girls in the other countries. But wait. You haven’t heard the last.

After my court activities in Abuja on Thursday, I was so tired, not having slept since Monday. I got to my hotel and fell into a very deep sleep from 6pm to 11pm. I woke up and logged on to Facebook. I had a message from someone I had never known before. The message was simple: “Sir, the lady attacking you on her Facebook is a Madam. Be careful.” I responded: “Which lady is attacking me?”. The person just got back to me and confirmed it was Lauretta Onochie'.

EFCC docks ex-NBC boss, Emeka Mba, others for N2.8b fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Tuesday, January 24, 2016 arraigned a former Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, Emeka Mba alongside three others before Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja on a 15-count charge of money laundering and procurement fraud to the tune of N2.8billion.

Mba was arraigned alongside a former director of finance, NBC, Patrick Areh; Basil Udotai (trading in the name and style of Technology Adviser) and Babatunji Amure (trading in name and style of Divine Partners).
They were alleged to have at various times connived and transferred a sum of N2,899,723,500 from the account of NBC through various proxies for their personal gains.

Mba was also alleged to have used his office as NBC DG to award contracts without following due procurement process.
Shortly before the defendants took their plea, counsel to the fourth defendant, E. C Ami asked the court for a short adjournment to enable him respond to the counter affidavit filed to the by the prosecution.

“My Lord we filed a bail application since 25th of December and we were just served with a weighty response, therefore we urge the court to give us a short adjournment to enable us reply”, Ami urged.

Responding, counsel to EFCC, Ben S. Ikani said that the defence should rather be concerned with the court granting the defendants bail on such conditions that will enable them attend trial.

Justice Kolawole after listening to both counsel, said that there is no need to speculate on the court proceedings since the judicial process requires the defendants to take their plea before there can be hearing on bail application. He therefore ordered that the charges be read to the defendants for them to enter their plea. One of the counts reads:

“That you, Emeka Mba (while being the Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission), Patrick Areh (while being the Director, Finance and Account of the National Broadcasting Commission), Basil Udotai (trading in the name and style of Technology Advisors) and Babatunji Amure (trading in the name and style of Divine Partners) on or about the 15th day of August, 2015 in Abuja within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court conspired amongst yourselves to commit an illegal act to wit: laundering the sum of N2,899,723,500.00 (two billion, eight hundred and ninety nine million, seven hundred and twenty three thousand, five hundred Naira) and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 18(a) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 (as amended) and punishable under Section 15 (3) of the same Act”.

The defendants pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to them.
In view of their pleas, Ikani expressed readiness to commence trial immediately.

Mba’s counsel, S. I. Ahmed, moved a motion for bail of his client, but could not go far when the judge suggested that rather than wasting the time of the court on arguments, counsel to all parties should take an hour break to go agree on terms of the bail.

At the resumed sitting after the break, the parties agreed that the defendants should continue with the administrative bail earlier granted them by the EFCC.

However, Ikani noted that the conditions of the administrative bail had no monetary consequences attached to it, and said the sureties might not have anything to lose in the event of the defendants jumping bail. He urged the court to add a sum to protect the interest of the prosecution in the event the accused jump bail.

Justice Kolawole, thereafter ruled that the defendants should continue on the earlier bail terms adding a sum of N50million against each defendant. The defendants are to produce one surety each, who must have landed property anywhere in Nigeria. Their international passports which they earlier submitted to the EFCC should be transferred to the court. He ordered that the condition given must be met within 14 daysfailure of which the defendants would be remanded in prison custody.

The matter has been adjourned to February 28, 2016 for commencement of trial.

Female Lawmaker In FAKE Customs Recruitment Scam... may be arrested

Angela Nwaka, who represents Aniocha South constituency in Delta State House of Assembly, is said to have landed herself in a serious criminal offence over her alleged involvement in a fake Nigeria Customs Service recruitment exercise.

The female lawmaker, through her media aide, Patrick Ogbogu had issued a statement on a purported Nigeria Customs Service recruitment exercise and posted same online, calling on youths of Aniocha South constituency to apply for the job.

The release on facebook entitled "Job Opportunity For Aniocha South Youths," read:

"Unemployed graduates of Aniocha South origin are kindly advised to avail themselves of this job opportunity as advertised by the Nigeria Customs Service and better your lives. Interested persons should apply using the website please.Signed Hon. Angela Nwaka, MP, DTHA."

The press statement which was accompanied with a purported Nigeria Customs Service recruitment advertisement and the picture of the lawmaker, warned that the exercise was strictly for only indigenes of Aniocha south constituency. A social media aide to governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Lilly Udeze Okolugbo and other supporters were among those said to have been recruited by the lawmaker to convince her unemployed constituents to apply.

On reading through the statement which emanated from the lawmaker's office  accompanied with the purported Customs recruitment advertisement, Sahara Reporters contacted the Nigeria Customs Service headquarters in Asaba, but an official who pleaded that her name should not be mentioned as she was not permitted to speak on behalf of the service, described the purported Customs recruitment advertisement as nothing but a fraud.

"Its a scam, its a fraud," the Customs official said.

Also contacted on the issue, an official in the zonal office of the Nigeria Customs Service in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, told SR that the service is not recruiting. He also characterized what is going on now on social media as a scam, warning Nigerians not to fall victims.

Nonetheless, an investigation by SR revealed that hundreds of Aniocha South youths have fallen victim of the scam. One source said that many of the unemployed youths of the local government have been duped of their hard-earned money following the call by the lawmaker.

An unemployed graduate from the constituency who simply gave his name as Okolo, said his attention was drawn to the statement signed by his representative and he followed all the guidelines in the Customs advertisement but before he could learn that the whole thing was a scam some aides of the lawmaker had collected the some of N10,000 from him.

"I am not only the victim, there are so many other unemployed youths from Aniocha South constituency who also fell victims and [were] scammed,” Okolo said. “So many of us were scammed."

It was however learned that following a series of petitions against Ms. Nwaka, security agents may soon step into the matter and arrest her.

Contacted, Ms. Nwaka who was mute for several seconds, claimed that she is now alerting people that the recruitment was a scam, but when asked about the signed statement pasted by her media assistant, she dropped the call.

As of the time of filing this report, the lawmaker's media aide had deleted his bosses' statement and the Customs recruitment advertisement from his Facebook timeline.

See the Shocking Amount This Lady Got From Sugar Daddies That Got People Talking

A woman who dates numerous wealthy old men who are ready to spoil her with money has explained how she copes with her young boyfriend.
An 18-year-old girl who dates wealthy men old enough to be her father has revealed that her boyfriend approves of her relationship. The woman identified as Winnie Mei is a sugar baby who spends her time dating sugar daddies who in turn spoil her with money.
She hopes to graduate from school from money given to her by the men. According to Dailymail, Mei’s relationships, which she says are platonic, don’t impact her real life love affair, with restaurant worker boyfriend Mason Chilton, 19.
Mei has been enjoying the company of her sugar daddies for just four months but says she’s already she’s earned almost £2,000, as well as being regularly being wined and dined.
She says: ‘Some of them have had sugar babies for years and spend thousands on them.
‘I wonder how they cover up that amount of money [from their wives], but they usually have high-flying jobs so maybe a few grand is small change to them.’
Despite his initial shock, her boyfriend of three years, restaurant worker Mason Chilton, 19, claims he has no problem with the way she makes money.
Winnie, who lives in Toronto, Canada, said: ‘I was really nervous to tell Mason. At first, he was so against it – but now he jokes that I’m an expensive girl, so at least I’m getting myself some money.’
Now, Mason says he has even considered meeting her dates: ‘I didn’t like the idea of my girlfriend going out with other guys, but that stemmed from jealousy.’
‘Now Winnie has told me about the dates, I can see that these men are good people and treat her well. I’d even be willing to meet them myself if she wanted me to.
‘It took me a while to appreciate and understand the art of it, but now I know if anything did go wrong she’d tell me immediately.’
McDonald’s worker Winnie first heard of sugar babies in September 2016, after a co-worker confessed to being one.
In total, she’s met up with 10 men holidaying at Niagara Falls with a man in his fifties, although she broke things off with him shortly afterwards, saying he was ‘too clingy.’
She enjoys a lavish lifestyle. As well as being given a total of around $3,000 (£1,870), she has also received handbags, clothes and a brand new iPhone from her dates. The most she has been offered for a single date is $750 (£467).
Keen to be sensible with her earnings, Winnie is saving them so she can complete an engineering degree.
She also buys gjfts for her family, friends and boyfriend. And, whilst her sugar daddies allow her access to the high life, she is adamant that she would never cheat on Mason with them.
‘I don’t think I’d fall for them. I see them more as friends or mentors who, at the end of the day, are mainly financial support,’ she explained.
‘Mason trusts me and besides, it’s usually such a big age gap between us that he really doesn’t need to worry.’

Beware! See The New Format Yahoo Boy Now Operate In Nigeria ...

Yahoo boys are named so after one of the hugest Internet companies on the planet – Yahoo!, because many scammers often use its free e-mail accounts to commit their crimes. Instead of getting a legal job, many young people in Nigeria dream of becoming a yahoo boy. Keep on reading the article to get to know how to become a yahoo boy in Nigeria.
Who are yahoo boys?
For Nigerian law, yahoo boys are people who carry out 419 fraud. This number refers to the article of the Nigerian Criminal Code, which directly deals with fraud. It is also a kind of a swindle in which the lawyer usually proposes plenty of money for a smaller up-front deal.
How to become a yahoo boy in Nigeria?
Internet fraud became widely accessible simultaneously in Nigeria and Ghana in early 2000. This act has quickly become a real trend amongst young people. Yahoo boys have become surprisingly respected people.
Therefore, Internet fraud has rapidly allowed many young Nigerians buying expensive cars, houses, jewelry, etc. Now it has become the only means of livelihood for thousands of youth.
Experts in Internet security also call yahoo boys all those people who commit various shady deals with the help of Internet. Nevertheless, for many years 419 schemes have been effectively duping many foreigners.
According to police statistics, thousands of undergraduates in universities of our country dabble in the Web fraud. A rich yahoo boy is an example for the youth for the type of way of life they want to have. Thus, many of such con artists have already actually become productive.
What is yahoo boy format of work?
Being afraid of unemployment, many young Nigerians consider Internet fraud as an original exit in such a country like Nigeria. Yahoo-boys have in mind only rapid monetary rewards. Thus, how to become a yahoo boy?
Yahoo boy should have a computer and a stable Internet connection. There are plenty of examples of how to start a yahoo boy career on the Web. Therefore, young people quickly study all the ground rules.
The best trick to start with is titled “Web freestyle”. Almost 99% of yahoo boys started their careers from this fraud. You should register a private account on a popular dating website, fill in your profile, find an attractive photo, and wait somebody falls in love with you. Subsequently, she or he will begin paying your bills and sending dollars to you.
A yahoo boy should learn how to send fake messages to both social networks. It is a little risk field of a yahoo boy specialization, which can bring real money.
Facebook fraud
Yahoo boys must have no morality. They usually stop at nothing to deceive people and pocket their money. Therefore, if you want to become a successful yahoo boy, you should learn how to beg, cry online, call for help in the written form. You must do everything so that people believe you.
Yahoo boys should professionally master another deception technique, which is called phishing. This method allows acquiring any person`s private data (passwords, usernames, and credit card data).
A yahoo boy and phishing
Many yahoo boys in Nigeria have been using a so-called apartment trick for years to defraud plenty of foreigners. The trick is also very simple but lucrative one. A yahoo boy pretends to be a realtor. She or he places advertisements of luxurious apartments for lease on the Web. They upload many photos of high-class apartments obtainable for rent. As a result, their victims make payments to a particular account. Then “realtors” suddenly disappear.
Yahoo boys should also master the ATM fraud technique. Con artists usually walk around ATM spots. Their clients are various vulnerable users – aged people, pregnant women, illiterate people, etc. When a yahoo boy finds his victim, he usually changes credit cards to deceive people.
Yahoo boys usually work on weekends, because banks are closed. Thus, until Monday morning victims will be unable to stop any illegal transactions performed by yahoo boys.
To become a successful yahoo boy in Nigeria, one should be able to find reliable allies in banking staff. These people should also be young and crucially need money. They usually help yahoo boys to commit frauds.
Becoming a yahoo boy, one must forget about any opportunity to find a legal job. All your strength should be directed to finding new schemes of taking money from people via the Internet.
Previously, public cafes in Nigeria were the main places where yahoo boys carried out internet fraud. After regular police raids, yahoo boys just moved to other locations. They have already found new ways of making money. They visit schools and universities in the daytime and carry out frauds at nights.
Therefore, no wonder that so many young people are interested in how to become a successful yahoo boy in Nigeria. The numerous news about wealthy life motivates the mass involvement of the adolescents in different cyber-crimes. In this way, a considerable part of Nigerian society celebrates prosperity without questioning where the money comes from.
