A video of 54-year-old Congolese cabinet minister, Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza, masturbating in his office has hit the internet.
Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza The 4 minutes, 27 seconds video went viral on Thursday April 28, showing the Democratic Republic of Congo state minster for posts telecommunications having a quickie alone with his pants down. The minister made use of a white piece of white cloth to clean off the mess afterwards.
The video shows the minster looking very happy and excited after the masturbating. He puts his ‘produce’ in the dustbin and resumes his work. All this happened in front of the official portrait of President Joseph Kabila and country’s national flag. Congolese however took to social media with the hastag #SebinezaMustGo which went viral. The president later succumbed to public pressure and fired the minister on April 30, 2016.
