BREAKING: Baba Ọba of Oyotunji Village Dies Suddenly Amid Controversy with New Alaafin of Oyo(GOV. SEYI MAKINDE)

  Shockwaves are reverberating across Yorùbáland and the global Yorùbá diaspora following the sudden death of the Baba Ọba (King’s Father) of the famed Oyotunji African Village in South Carolina, USA. 146 migrants including pregnant women,unaccompained minors from Nigeria rescued in the Mediterranean Sea ...photo

Despite the rough seas and the unfavorable conditions, Malta-based foundation, Migrant Offshore Aid Station managed to safely rescue 146 African migrants from an overcrowded rubber boat.

Among them were 16 women, two of whom are pregnant, a child, and 27 unaccompanied minors. Most of the people rescued were coming from Nigeria and other West African countries.
"The worsening conditions of the sea seem not to be stopping desperate people from attempting the dangerous crossing" the agency said

Teenager commits suicide on livestream and his mother walked in on the heartbreaking scene (video)

A mother has been left devastated after her son committed suicide on  livestream  and she walked in to see his dead body. The 18-year-old Canadian teenager filmed his suicide for his followers to watch. He had a bandana covering his nose and mouth as he got ready to take his life. He had written a suicide note and he slid it out of the room, together with the key to the room he was in, through the space beneath the door. When he was done with this, he put a gun to his head and killed himself.
