Omg! Teenager stripped naked, beaten up and paraded round the streets for allegedly stealing chickens on Christmas day

A teenage boy was supposedly caught stealing chickens on Christmas day. The teenager was then beat up, stripped naked, paraded round the streets and had the chickens hung round his neck.
