Shocking! Watch shocking moment a footballer removed charm from a goal post which was preventing him from scoring

This is the shocking moment a Rwandan striker ran to the goal post of the opponent and removed a charm which was preventing him from scoring goals. 

The goal keeper was then seen chasing after him but he successfully handed over the charm to an umpire and scored a goal few minutes later.
