Watch video of two Ghanaian illegal chainsaw operators forced to slap each other

Two Ghanaian men said to be illegal chainsaw operators were arrested in a forest, where they went through physical punishment. In the video below, the two culprits were made to slap each other for over one minute by the forest guards. Watch the video after the cut...
