The two men pictured above, allegedly snatched a red van in
Owerri, Imo State capital on Sunday, August 27. However, luck ran out
on them when they were intercepted by members of a vigilante group in
Igboukwu along Obiuno - Ekwulumili road, Anambra State, with the help of
revellers drinking palm wine at one of the bars in the area.
