Girl With Down's Syndrome Chosen For New River Island Campaign

A smiling six-year-old girl with Down's Syndrome has been chosen for a new River Island childrenswear campaign that celebrates diversity.

Little Cora Bishop is among six children with disabilities, aged between three and 10, who have been unveiled as the fashion chain's latest models.

When the youngster was born, her mum Sheryl worried about how people would react and what the future might bring for her first child.

But the "popular" primary school pupil was selected to model children's clothing as part of River Island's vibrant 'Labels Are For Clothes' campaign.

And her loved ones are so proud of her.

“I can’t even explain how proud everyone is of her and it’s given her faith she can achieve what she wants to achieve," said Sheryl.
