According to the wealthy Ghanaian pastor who has given out over 200 cars to members of his church, he says a poor person, even in his church, may not have the financial muscle to take care of a luxurious car if he decided to give them any.
Prophet Emmanuel made the statement during an interview with KOFI TV, where he stated that it's a waste of resource to give a poor person a car gift as he/she will not make the best use out of it.
