New Orleans man murdered after an altercation with another man in his neighborhood and his death was live streamed
The video shows a man bullying another man, in a dangerous New Orleans hood. The bully is seen in the video as he pulls off his belt and attacks the other man before the man being bullied grabs his bike and left.
The next day, the bully was found lying lifeless in the middle of the street. Rather than call for help, the guys who found him filmed his final moments while recalling the altercation he had with another man the day before. They also debated on whether he was still dead or alive.
"He's breathing," someone is heard saying.
"He's dead son," another replied.
"Call 911," another voice is heard saying.
