Mad man tells Imo State GovernorA man who appears to be mentally unstable has vowed that on completion of his tenure, Imo State Governor, ROchas Okorocha will spend time in jail.
In a video which has since gone viral on social media, the mentally deranged man described Governor Rochas Okorocha as a hypocrite and stated that the governor wanted to bring in his son-in-law to succeed him in order to cover up his ‘atrocities’.
