There is wild jubilation in Isiokolo the Headqaurters of Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State as a woman, Mrs. Otiri Benjamin today delivered a baby girl at the ongoing Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Campaign.
The woman it was learnt the medical team which accompanied the governor to the Campaign successfully delivered the woman. The woman is from PDP Ward 10 Unit 7 in Ekaka Village a suburb in Kokori Community.
Party faithfuls said the baby the baby is a gift to the PDP Campaign Organization in Ethiope-East.

Governor Okowa thanked the people of Ethiope-East LGA for the supports accorded his administration just as he promised to continue to empower the youths, women, elders of the area.
Governor Okowa urged the people to vote for him in the forthcoming elections as well as ensure they guard their votes jealously.
The PDP Campain Chairman, Prof. Sam Oyovbaire in a remark at the colorful event said,”this is a miracle. We have had what we didn’t have in other campaigns.”
Prof. Oyovbaire urged the people of Ethiope-East Local Government Area to vote enmass for Gov. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa in the forthcoming elections.
