Singer Melisa's mom murdered by her workers in Lagos lailasnewsBritish Nigerian singer, Melisa’s mother and the manager of her hotel, Etashol, was murdered by her staff on Thursday, in Ojodu Berger, Lagos.According to reports, the duo, Abimbola Olusola and Tunji Omikunle, were strangled to death by some staff who were aggrieved after being sacked over fraud.

Mrs Olusola, who had spent about 34 years abroad, returned to Nigeria less than a year ago to focus on the hospitality business and was already planning to return to her based when tragedy struck.

Her body was discovered by her 12-year-old son and one of the culprits has already been arrested by the police, while the rope used in strangling them has also been recovered.

Sharing the sad news on her Instagram page, Melisa wrote;



In this life that is short learn to value and make the most of your loved ones before it is too late. This morning my mother was murdered in Nigeria a country she loved and gave everything to…. my life will never be the same i will never be the same… Not sure if life has any purpose anymore not sure why God allowed these wicked evil people to take my mother… but i find solace knowing my mother is in heaven …. i love you mum … may God keep you hold you … i thank God for blessing me with a mother like you… my mother was the most determined and hard working person i met in life and i know she is in heaven 💕💕

Teenager commits suicide on livestream and his mother walked in on the heartbreaking scene (video)

A mother has been left devastated after her son committed suicide on  livestream  and she walked in to see his dead body. The 18-year-old Canadian teenager filmed his suicide for his followers to watch. He had a bandana covering his nose and mouth as he got ready to take his life. He had written a suicide note and he slid it out of the room, together with the key to the room he was in, through the space beneath the door. When he was done with this, he put a gun to his head and killed himself.
