A video has emerged showing how some Nigerian undergraduates were busted after stealing panties in a community in Oyo state.The suspects are reportedly all students of Emmanuel Alayande College Of Education in Oyo.
Local reports show that the students had stolen the panties and were about getting away before an alarm was raised and they were nabbed.
They were made to sit on the floor and serve out punishments. After confessing to the crime, they were handed over to the police.
