The teenager who was placed under medication at Kendox Medical Services in Port Harcourt, Rivers State was allegedly told by wife of the owner of the medical facility not to tell anyone what transpired between them.
However after activist Harrison Gwamnishu got the HIV positive rapist and the wife of the hospital's medical director arrested upon being briefed about the rape act by a Facebook user, they were allegedly freed by the police following a N370K settlement proposal by the family of the rapist. The 14-year-old girl reportedly said she was forced to give in to settlement.
