Tonto Dikeh's sister pens down tribute to their late mother, 31 years after her death

Tonto Dikeh's sister, Tatiana took to Instagram to share a photo of their late mother who passed on 31 years ago. 

Also penning down a tribute to their mother with an uncanny resemblance to Tonto Dikeh, Tatiana expressed how she misses their mother. She wrote;
