The Niger state police, Friday, arrested a man who allegedly stole panties belonging to a pregnant woman.
The suspect who stole the pregnant woman’s panties was nabbed inside the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State.
It was learnt that some residents, who saw the man while allegedly carting away with the underwears, accosted him and demanded to know the reason for his action. While the crowd asked the man what he wanted to do with the underwear, he kept mute.
Eyewitness told newsmen that he has since been handed over to security operatives in the area for further investigation.
