Shockwaves are reverberating across Yorùbáland and the global Yorùbá diaspora following the sudden death of the Baba Ọba (King’s Father) of the famed Oyotunji African Village in South Carolina, USA. As reported earlier, Twitter CEO and Co-founder, Jack Dorsey, is currently in Nigeria. Mr. Dorsey arrived on Thursday evening as part of his listening and learning tour across Africa.
After Nigeria, Mr Dorsey is also set to visit Ethiopia, Ghana and South Africa. While in Nigeria, Mr. Dorsey is expected to meet with leaders in the local technology and business ecosystem.
