Children's day celebration is a worldwide celebration which is taken serious all over the world. It is a day set aside to celebrate with children, appreciate them, awareness among children worldwide, and improving children's welfare.

The day for international children's day is normally set for the 20th November, however, Nigeria as a nation celebrate her own children on the 27th of May every year.
Celebrating children's day in Nigeria, lots of activities is done all over the nation in every state. Activities like gathering for matching, sports, trivia and many others to entertain and educate the kids.
Some of the Nigerian big names including the president and politicians have great love for children as well. They have been pictured once or multiple times spending time with children on different occasions showing how they adore them.
