Nigerian singer Harrysong has taken to social media to lament bitterly after finding out that a supposed single mother of two children that he has been assisting financially is a man.
In a post shared on his Instagram story, the singer revealed he has been chatting, sending money and paying the man’s rent for over two years.
According to Harrysong, he had assumed the person he has been offering help is a poor single mother of two kids.
However, he just found out the true identity and story of the man impersonating as a single mother.
He wrote: I ‘ve been charting, sending money and paying the rent of a very ugly man for more than two years now. Thinking I was helping a poor single innocent mother of two kids. I just found out the true identity/true story of this man, oh my Lord, I am in pains.
It was recall that Harrysong recently expressed his displeasure over the country’s state, ranging from insecurity, kidnapping and Boko Haram activities.
In a post shared on his Instagram story, the singer disclosed he is currently in pain and anger with the way things have gone so wrong in the country, especially after the Buhari government boasted they were best for the job while condemning Jonathan.
Harry Song also felt pained that some Boko Haram members are distributing Ramadan welfare packages that include food and money to residents of Borno and Yobe when it is the sole responsibility of the government.
The singer added that God would punish anyone that will campaign for the All Progressive Congress in the 2023 presidential elections.
