Actress Toyin Abraham has shown solidarity with her colleague, Nkechi Blessing following her ban from Nollywood by TAMPAN.
On Saturday, June, 26, Nkechi Blessing alongside Iyabo Ojo were berated by TAMPAN over loose comments on the Baba Ijesha’s alleged sexual molestation case.
TAMPAN, during a briefing in Lagos, said it would not entertain any form of disrespect by both actresses who tried to drag the association in the mud.
It vowed to “work against” Nkechi Blessing while asking its members to desist from engaging with Iyabo Ojo.
The Nation reported in May TAMPAN slammed suspension on Nkechi alongside her colleague Miami Lege for engaging in a war of words on social media over the arrest of Baba Ijesha.
Although Lege later apologised after being dragged for his utterances, Nkechi in her usual manner did not fail to continue insulting him as she addressed him as a “classless idiot”.
Amidst uproar, Toyin Abraham took to her Instagram page to show Nkechi Blessing some love and support.
Sharing a photo of both of them, the mother of one captioned post;
“My forever girl love @nkechiblessingsunday … Love u so much Nkechi.”
Nkechi, reacting to the post, wrote: “My own day one… love you more Maami.”
