BBNaija 2021: All you need to know about Season 6

Big Brother Naija, which is considered Africa’s biggest reality TV show, will be back on our screen with its sixth season of show this weekend, July 24 and 25, respectively.

The show will air from 7 pm on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29, with a simultaneous transmission on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban and Africa Magic Family.

Speaking on the show’s premiere, the Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice Nigeria, John Ugbe, during a press briefing on Monday, 19th July, said that BBNaija fans in the United Kingdom would have access for the first time to the live show 24/7 via African online streaming service.

According to the organisers of the show, there will be no SMS voting as fans will now vote for their favourite housemates for free on the official website and application to allow more inclusive participation for fans outside Nigeria.

John Ugbe added that show max would offer exclusive access to the show for viewers in the diaspora, and the live shows will adopt the Lockdown Edition style with no guests in line with Covid-19 safety protocols and measures.

The Big Brother Naija Season 6 has a whopping N90 million up for grabs for the lucky winner.

The reality TV show will run for 72 days and will end on October 3, 2021.
