Sola Sobowale Gives Adire A New Flavour

Sola Sobowale has proved time and again that she’s an amazing script interpreter. This time around, she’s showing us how she adds meaning and flavour to the popular Adire material.

Adire are cotton fabrics that have been indigo dyed and then painted using a resist-dying technique to create spectacular blue and white designs.

Women in the Yoruba region of south-western Nigeria, West Africa, traditionally manufactured and wore them.

The cloths were typically comprised of two strips of factory-produced cotton sewed together to make an approximately square shape and worn as body wraps.

Sola Sobowale is deserving of the title for best actress of the year since she has performed admirably. Many people remember her for her revolutionary performance in the films King of Boy 1 and 2.

She has now taken to Instagram to share a series of selfies in which she appears to be younger than ever.

The actress looked stunning in an Adire gown that complemented her flawless skin tone. She exuded class and timeless beauty from head to toe. This uncommon gem serves as an inspiration to many young women.
