The singer got many motor cyclist, market women, cab drivers, street urchins, touts and even police officers scrambling for money.
In the video making rounds, the singer was seen in his Range Rover giving money to people.
A police officer left his duty post to the singer’s car as he begged him for money.
This has degenerated mixed reactions online as many opined that the police officer would be sacked for neglecting his duty.

In the video that surfaced online, Portable, while trying to board a plane to Lagos from Benin, was captured throwing money in the air as the airport staff were scrambling to pick up the money.
