Audio Visual Rights Society Gives Award Of Honours To Olu Jacobs And Joke Jacobs

 

Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda has shared a very touching video of veteran Actors Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva receiving a Honourary awards from Audio Visual Rights Society.

Monalisa who obviously touched by the bond of the couple shared the good news via her verified Instagram page.

She wrote: “That moment when I felt a stirring surge of emotions when we all (the board of directors of AVRS) Audio Visual Rights Society handed an award of Honors to Uncle Olu Jacobs and Aunty Joke Jacobs … at the Glover Memorial Hall, Lagos Island. 

It was beautiful..  God bless Uncle Olu …many more years to come Sir.

Recall that Soso Soberekon, a renowned producer and talent manager has reacted to the blissful union of Nollywood living legends, Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva.

This is coming after Jacobs marked his 80th birthday with lots of encomiums from his colleagues, dignitaries and Nigerians at large.

Aside their outstanding contribution to the Nigerian movie industry, Joke Silva and Olu Jacobs are so revered for their deep, love and affection for each other.

Reacting to this, Soberekon advised men to always take care of their wives in order to enjoy a graceful old age just like Olu Jacobs.

“Men, whatever you do, love and care for your wives. Sidechics won’t be there at 75 and 80…A good wife is a blessing, especially at the odd hours of your life,” he wrote

Teenager commits suicide on livestream and his mother walked in on the heartbreaking scene (video)

A mother has been left devastated after her son committed suicide on  livestream  and she walked in to see his dead body. The 18-year-old Canadian teenager filmed his suicide for his followers to watch. He had a bandana covering his nose and mouth as he got ready to take his life. He had written a suicide note and he slid it out of the room, together with the key to the room he was in, through the space beneath the door. When he was done with this, he put a gun to his head and killed himself.
