Nigerian music star David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has melted hearts with an adorable video of him and his wife, Chio, Ma, cooking after his birthday party.

Taking to his Instagram story, the award-winning music star shared a video of him and Chioma in the kitchen as they took turns to taste the meal they were making. In the clip, Chioma warned Davido to be careful as the food was hot.

A few weeks back, Talent manager Ubi Franklin shared the adorable moment Chioma called him to watch Davido’s performance. Chioma, who couldn’t attend his performance in Nigeria, had called Ubi via video call and had pleaded with him to allow her to watch her husband as he performed on stage.

Davido and Chioma’s love story is one that many find admirable and inspiration. The singer met his now wife while she was in University. You can call it love at first sight but the two began their love story from there. There is no doubt that the couple have weathered all storms together, from getting engaged and later breaking up to welcoming a son, Ifeanyi, who they later lost and dealing with Davido’s numerous cheating scandals, the journey to being Mrs Adeleke is surely not easy.

Recall that on Tuesday, June 25th, 2024, social media was agog as Davido walked down the aisle with the love of his life and the mother of his three kids, Chioma Adeleke.
