Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has sparked reactions with her countenance at the just concluded BON awards in Kwara State.
On Sunday, November 25th, Nollywood actors, filmmakers, and practitioners gathered at the Sugar Factory Film Studios in Ilorin, Kwara State, for the Best of Nollywood Awards. Toyin Abraham, who was in attendance at the event as the host, left many concerned over her facial expression. The actress, who was fully clothed and dressed like a Muslim, was captured feeling uneasy and comfortable, which could have been due to the cold weather.

Last year, Toyin Abraham had trended online after she showed up at an event wearing an outfit made of a tight-fitting corset that made it uneasy for her to breathe and move around freely. Poking fun at herself, Toyin admitted that she couldn’t breathe as she quoted the popular phrase, ‘fashion is pain’, to defend her reason for the outfit.
Back in June, Toyin Abraham had exchanged words with trolls who mocked her over the shape of her body, after a video of her dancing made rounds online. Toyin, who was unbothered, had reshared the video on her Twitter page with a caption poking fun at herself. She called herself a shapeless woman, who looks like Amoeba and Johnny Bravo. While exchanging words with trolls, she made them know that she can’t be pained over the shape of her body.
In other news, the box office filmmaker had issued a warning to her overzealous fans for responding negatively to her trolls. She pleaded and warned those creating a fan page with her name to cease bullying or cursing anyone.
The mother of two told her fans how she is being strengthened by the Lord and she is not moved by any curse, abuse or bully from trolls.
