Nigerian actress cum filmmaker Iyabo Ojo has finally released the official trailer of her dream project — her movie, Labake Olododo: The Warrior Lord.

The movie star whose daughter, Priscilla recently wedded her Tanzanian singer husband, shared the video of the trailer on her official photo and video sharing platform, Instagram on Monday, March 10.


The 47 year old movie star captioned the Instagram post:.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE WAIT IS OVER! We proudly present the OFFICIAL TRAILER for Labake Olododo: The Warrior Lord!

The COUNTDOWN begins… It’s about to be a SHUTDOWN!”

The casts of the highly anticipated movie, Labake Olododo: The Warrior Lord include Tayo Faniran, Odunlade Adekola, Olaiya Igwe, Wumi Toriola, Femi Adebayo, Aishat Lawal, Ibrahim Shatta and Olumide Oworu.


Labake Olododo: The Warrior Lord is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide on March 28.

Iyabo Ojo is known for her roles in movies such as Baba Darijinwon, Gangs of Lagos, The Ghost and the Tout, Palava and All of Us.

Meanwhile, movie actress Wumi Toriola has opened up on the issues she had to deal with before the success of her film, ‘Queen Lateefah.’

Queen Lateefah is Wumi Toriola’s debut cinematic film and it went on to become one of the highest-grossing Nigerian films of 2024, earning N350 million at the box office.

In a recent interview shared, Wumi Toriola revealed that the journey to making ‘Queen Lateefah’ was not void of challenges, as she encountered quite her share of disappointments and delays before finally bringing the project to life.

Teenager commits suicide on livestream and his mother walked in on the heartbreaking scene (video)

A mother has been left devastated after her son committed suicide on  livestream  and she walked in to see his dead body. The 18-year-old Canadian teenager filmed his suicide for his followers to watch. He had a bandana covering his nose and mouth as he got ready to take his life. He had written a suicide note and he slid it out of the room, together with the key to the room he was in, through the space beneath the door. When he was done with this, he put a gun to his head and killed himself.
