Just in: “The Federal High Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Chief Mrs. Dorcas Adeyinka against Muyiwa Adejobi and four others, in which she claimed that the police must obtain a court order before declaring her wanted.
The court clarified that, in criminal cases, the police do not need a court order to declare a suspect wanted.
Therefore, Chief Mrs. Dorcas Adeyinka remains a wanted person, following reports that she fled to the United Kingdom after being released on bail.”
