Award-winning singer,Davido , has made his acting debut in Nollywood with a yet-to-be released film titled “The Legend At 60”.
In a sneak preview shared on his Instagram page earlier today, Davido was seen playing the role of a highly skilled commercial pilot.
Another Nigerian singer that starred in the movie is Majek Fashek, whose music career Davido’s character tries to revive.From the brief preview, it is too early to say if Davido made a good impression still, we’d be keeping our fingers crossed till when the movie is finally released.
Other singers who have branched into Nollywood include Banky W, Ikechukwu, Vector and 2Baba; who knows, we may begin to see more star singers try their skills on acting.
